蓄積されたゼミ議事録や研究成果物が有効に利活用されていない問題に対して，それらの利活用や関連情報の再検索における手間の低減を目的とした手法を提案する．提案手法では，ゼミ議事録にメタデータを付与しながらの作成と，関連研究成果物との連携により，利活用する際の手間の低減を図る．本稿では，その提案手法とその実験システムの開発状況について述べる． |

Academic laboratories sometimes store their meeting records and files onto a database service. However, the members do not often make better use of the stored materials because of the work loads. Therefore, we need a method that help us overcome the problem. With our proposal, lab members can easily impart metadata to the raw records, which is linked to the associated materials. This paper touches upon the design and implementation of our proposal. |
