• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ドローンに搭載可能な小型の災害 ・ 救助用携帯電話向け通信システムの試作について報告する．我々は，LTE パケットコア機能のみではなく，音声通話 ・ SMS ・ 位置情報取得のサーバアプリケーションを約 100g の小型 PC に実装し，小型 LTE 基地局と共にドローンに搭載することで，ドローン単独で携帯電話向け通信を可能とするシステムを構築した．試作システムが提供可能な通信について性能評価 ・ フィールド検証を行い，システムの有効性を確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We developed a small mobile system to support communication services for cell phones in disaster situation. The system has not only Evolved Packet Core but also the application servers for voice calls, SMS and location services. It was implemented on the Intel Compute Stick, which is about lOOg. We composed an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of a Femtocell and the Intel Compute Stick. This UAV can provide mobile communication services for disaster victims by standalone. We evaluated the performance of the proposed system regarding application aspects, voice calls, SMS and location services.
