• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 留学生は勉学目的で来日しているが，身近な観光資源にも目を向けることは，異文化交流の面からも促進されるべきと考える．しかし，既存の日本人向け，外国人旅行者向け観光情報システムの機能は，いずれも留学生にとっては満足できるものではない．そこで，本研究では，留学生の観光ニーズを分析するとともに，留学生向け観光支援システムの仕組みを明らかにすることを目的とする．前段階では同じ大学に所属する留学生のニーズを踏まえ，留学生グループを対象とした観光情報の入手や観光計画とそこでの日本語理解を支援するシステムの設計開発を行った．システム評価を実施した結果，本システムは対象とした中国語圏留学生のグループ観光に有効であることを確認した．本稿では，同地域にある他大学の留学生を含む多国籍の留学生グループを対象とした評価実験を行い，システムの拡張可能性について考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Most of the international students come to Japan for the purpose of studying or researching, but from the intercultural viewpoint, tourism in Japan should also be encouraged to them. However, international students cannot cope with the problems they might have by using the tourism information systems designed for Japanese or tourists from abroad. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze needs of the international students' tourism in Japan and to clarify the mechanism of supporting those students. Based on a survey on international students about their tourism, we proposed a system that supports a group of international students in planning the tourism. According to results of experiments using the system by the Chinese students at the same university, we confirmed the effectiveness of the system. The paper reports the experiments to international students group from different universities and consider the possibility to expand the function of the system.
