文章作成業務の効率化はあらゆるビジネスの場面で不可欠な要素である．今日，数多くのワープロソフトやテキストエディタなどの文書作成ソフトが提供され，ユーザが自分の使い易いソフトウェアを利用することで，効率的に文書作成作業を行っている．近年では，タブレットコンピュータの普及や大画面スマートフォンの登場などにより，モバイルアプリケーションによる文書作成も広がっており，さらなる文書作成業務の効率化が求められている．本研究では，文書処理の作業プロセスにとって，最な重要な要素として 「期限内に完成させる」 という点に着目する．「締め切りを守る ／ 守らせる」 という機能を具備した文書作成アプリケーションが持つ作業効率化への貢献は大きい．そこで，本研究は締め切りに対する人間の普遍的な認知メカニズムを利用する．締め切りに対する強迫観念のメカニズムを，本研究では 「Deadline Obsession （DLO）」 と呼び，その認知メカニズムを用いて，文書処理作業の効率化を支援するアプリケーションを提案し，試作する． |

The efficiency in document processing is indispensable for any kind of business. Today, so many word processor softwares and text editors used for document processing are purveyed. Users use those to improve their work efficiency at document processing. In late years, processing documents at mobile application is becoming more popular by the appearance of tablet computer and large-screen smartphone, the efficiency of document processing is even more required. At this paper, we focus on the most essential point in processing document, what is “complete within a deadline”. The function that makes users meet the deadline is the central way of document processing to improve users' work efficiency. To implement that function into the system, we apply a human cognition mechanism for deadline, such as the mechanism of obsession to deadline. We call it as “Deadline Obsession (DLO)” at this paper and use that cognition mechanism to propose a support system for document processing for improving users' work efficiency. |
