• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 動物園における業務は，動物の飼育や，来園者向けサービス等，日々変化する状況への対応が求められる非定型的な業務が大半である．京都市動物園では，これらの業務の記録を，自由形式のテキストを中心とした 「飼育日誌」 としてシステムに蓄積し，検索可能としている．しかし，記録者の主観や日々の課題意識の変化等により質にばらつきが生じやすいため，このような自由形式の記録は，日常の業務報告としては十分であっても，飼育知識として事後に活用することが困難である等といった課題がある．本研究は，著者らがこれまでに開発した，飼育日誌管理システムで，これらの課題を解決することを目的としている．その方策を検討するため，著者らは，2014 年度に京都市動物園で作成された飼育日誌を対象として，主題や，その時系列的な変化等について分析を行った．本稿では，この分析について説明し，課題解決に向けた検討を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Operations in zoos almost entirely consist of atypical works, including animal husbandry and visitor dealing. Reflecting these characteristics, zoo's daily husbandry reports, produced by keepers, are written in free-form texts basically. However, such free-form records tend to vary in their quality and content, because reporters' subjective views also vary and change day-by-day. This situation makes it difficult for zoo to utilize these reports as a knowledge database on animal husbandry, whereas these are helpful enough as daily reports. The goal of this work is to solve such problem by improving the 'husbandry report management system' developed by authors formerly. To figure out the way of improvement, we analyzed actual reports, created between April 2014 to March 2015 (Japanese FY2014) in the Kyoto City Zoo. The main proposition of this analysis is to extract subjects of each report and their shift through time. In this paper, we report on this analysis, and discuss solutions to the problem.
