• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 飲食店では客が来店した際に，店員が卓へ案内をする店が存在する．その際，店員は予約，卓状況を考慮して卓案内をする必要がある．満卓時には卓案内することができないため，卓状況から確定待ち時間，食事状況から予想待ち時間を客に伝えることで店の利用を期待できる．しかし，混雑時に予約，卓，食事状況を把握し，素早く，正確な判断をすることは困難である．本研究では予約，食事状況といった時間的進行状況と，卓状況である空間的進行状況を把握することで，卓案内，待ち時間の判断を補助する飲食店卓管理システムの提案をする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: When a visitor came to eateries, the shop which a salesclerk leads to the table exists. It is necessary for the salesclerk to lead a visitor to the table in consideration of a reservation, the table situation then. The salesclerk cannot lead a visitor to the table in the All the tables are occupied, the salesclerk can expect the use increase of the shop by telling waiting time expected from the meal situation to a visitor from the table situation in decision waiting time. However, it grasps a reservation, a table, the meal situation at the time of congestion, and it is difficult that a salesclerk does an accurate judgment quickly. This study suggests eateries table system of administration to assist the guidance of the table and a judgment in waiting time by grasping the time progress of a reservation and the meal and the spatial progress of the table.
