• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ユーザに関する情報を獲得するドメインと推薦対象のアイテムが属するドメインが異なる環境の情報推薦であるクロスドメイン推薦が研究されている．本論文では，アイテムの内容や話題が多様なドメインとしてテレビ番組を対象とし，放送ごとの番組に適した書籍推薦を目指す．番組によって放送内容は異なるため，関連書籍の抽出に有効な特徴量は番組ごとに異なる．たとえば，ニュースやドラマでは番組のキーワードやタイトル，出演者といった語が有効である一方，料理番組や旅番組では料理名や旅の場所よりも料理や旅といった抽象的な話題（トピック）が有効であると考えられる．さらに，クロスドメイン推薦の性質上，関連書籍が存在しない番組がある．本論文では，このようなコンテンツの多様性を考慮したクロスドメイン推薦手法を提案する．提案手法では，TF-IDFとLDAの2つの特徴量によって，異なる抽象度で番組と書籍を表現し，これらを重み付けして併用することで書籍を抽出する．さらに，識別器を用いて推薦を行う前に推薦に不適な番組の判別および適切な特徴量の重みの決定を行う．評価実験では，提案手法が，TF-IDFのみを用いた手法よりも推薦精度が高いことを確認した．また，推薦に不適な番組には書籍を推薦せず，番組ごとに特徴量の重みを変えることで，推薦精度が向上した．さらに，被験者が選択した番組に対して興味を持つ書籍の推薦が可能であることを確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, many researches have been conducted on cross-domain recommender systems that combine information from different domains. We propose a method for providing recommendation of books based on TV program information which contains a variety of contents. An important feature in TV domain for extracting books related to a program is different for each program. Furthermore, there are unnecessary programs, such as home shopping, that are not suited for book recommendations because of the environment of cross-domain recommendation. In the proposed method, we use both TF-IDF and LDA methods, which can express programs and books with different abstraction levels, to extract books by weighting and combining these two methods. Moreover, the unnecessary programs are removed and the adequate combining ratio of TF-IDF and LDA methods suited for recommending each program are selected with classification. Our experimental results show that the proposed algorithm using both TF-IDF and LDA methods has higher precision than a method using only TF-IDF. The proposed algorithm also achieves higher precision by removing unnecessary programs and changing the combining ratio according to programs. Additionally, we confirmed that our method can successfully recommend books which interest the research participants corresponding to the programs each participant selected.
