• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Vector Stream Cipher (VSC) は，速度や実装の軽量さの面で優れたストリーム暗号であるが，安全性の面でいくつかの問題が指摘されていた．それらの問題に対して，著者らは安全性を向上させた VSC2.0 を提案していた．本稿では，VSC2.0 に対して更なる改良を提示し，改良版の暗号として VSC2.1 を提案する．VSC2.1 は，VSC2.0 に対して安全性のみならず，速度面でも勝っており，オリジナルな VSC に近い速度を達成出来た．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Vector Stream Cipher (VSC) is a stream cipher which is very fast and is implemented lightly. Some attacks for VSC have been reported. We improve the security and proposed a new cipher VSC 2.0. In this paper, we farther improved VSC 2.0 and propose a new cipher VSC 2.1. VSC 2.1 is not only more secure than VSC 2.0 but also faster.
