• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，モバイル端末の世界的な普及により，スマートフォン依存が問題となってきている．スマートフォンを利用することで，利用者は容易に世界中の人々と通信ができ，即座に多くの情報を得ることが可能となる．しかし，スマートフォンに依存しすぎることで，利用者は常時スマートフォンが確認できないと不安になるといった悪影響も起こっている．特に中高生はスマートフォンの所有率が高く，それを使いこなしている一方で，セルフコントロールが未熟であることからスマートフォン依存に陥るリスクが高いと考えられる．本研究では，スマートフォン依存を改善する一手法を提案し，それを補助するアプリケーション開発を経て，提案手法の改善効果に関する評価を行う．Androidアプリケーションを開発しGoogle Play上で公開を行ったところ，現在10,000を超えるダウンロードと，多くのレビューやアンケートを得た．また，アンケート結果を分析したところ，利用者の6割程度のスマートフォン利用時間が減少したことを確認し，その他の項目に関しても親と相談し同意のうえで利用している利用者の方が，導入効果が高いなどの，提案手法の効果を示した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Nowadays, because of the remarkably improvement in mobile devices all across the world, smartphone addiction has become a problem. By using a smartphone, users can easily communicate with people all over the world; further, users can immediately get more information. However, by extremely addicting to a smartphone, users may be adversely affected, such as a case that users may begin to feel nervous without regularly checking their smartphone. In particular, most junior high and high school students have a smartphone and use it regularly; however, they easily suffer from a smartphone addiction because of their immature self-control. In this study, we propose a method that restrain the smartphone addiction, and we evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed method by developing an application supporting. As a result exposing our application on Google Play, the number of downloads of our application is over 10,000 and many reviews and questionnaire results were gathered. We found that about sixty percent users could decrease smartphone operating time by analysis of questionnaire results. We showed the effect of our proposed method, such as that our proposal has higher influence to the users who communicate with their parents and agree with installing our application than the users who did not agree with installing.
