情報漏洩の原因の 1 つとして，メール誤送信が問題となっている．メール誤送信を抑止する従来方式として，メール送信時にメールアドレス等の情報漏洩につながる重要情報をダイアログに表示し目視で確認する手法や複数人で確認を行う手法がある．しかし，それらの確認動作が習慣化し，確認そのものが無意識にかつ機械的に実施され，結果としてメール誤送信による情報漏洩が後を絶たない．我々は，メール送信時にメールアドレスや添付ファイル等の重要な情報を 「指」 という身体の一部で 「なぞる」 動作を行うことで意識的に文字の確認する方法を提案し，実際の業務に利用し評価を進めた．本稿ではその結果を報告すると共に，本手法を実用化する上で課題となるなぞる動作による操作負荷の増加に対する解決策を述べる． |

Erroneous transmission of an e-mail becomes one of the causes of the information leakage. There are several conventional method of suppressing the erroneous transmission, for example, showing important information like an e-mail address and an attached file which lead to the information leakage on dialogue, or checking them by one or more person just before the transmission. However, these confirmation become habits and done by unconscious and mechanically. As a result, information leakage by erroneous transmission of an e-mail doesn't end. We propose a method to check the character consciously by "Nazori (tracing)" physically important information like an e-mail address and an attached file with finger. In this paper, we report the result of evaluation, and propose solutions for the supposed problem of increasing operational load at practical usage. |
