• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 奈良先端科学技術大学院大学 （以下，本学） では開学から独自の統合情報処理環境を構築してきた．情報共有インフラを利用者に提供できるようにするための高いモビリティを実現させることをひとつのコンセプトとしている．本学においても未曾有の災害をもたらした 2011 年 3 月 11 日に発生した東日本大震災の発生により事業継続を考慮した情報処理環境の提供に取り組む必要がでてきた．すなわち大規模な災害が発生した際に，迅速にインターネットに接続し外部との連絡手段を確保することは重要である．そこで，本研究では，車載型の衛星地球局を用いた衛星インターネット通信を活用し，災害時における利活用のモデルケースを構築することを目的としている．本稿では，インターネット環境の乏しい現場において回線提供を実現するために設計したシステムについて述べ，実際に限界集落にて実施した実証実験の結果について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We have developed our ideal computing system (MANDARA) which is the integrated information processing environment since an establishment of NAIST. One of feature concepts is for all membership to realize the high mobility for the infrastructure to share informations. On 11 March 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake has struck the north-east coast. We are forced that we need to take the institute continuity into consideration for the institute continuity from such the severe situation and think that it is important to keep the means of communication for outside over Internet. In this paper, we introduce our designed system to provide the effective and robust communication for a condition without Internet service spot and describe experimentation results at marginal settlements areas for Nara prefecture.
