| 内容記述 | 現在，ヘッドフォンやイヤフォンを通して音楽を聴くことは日常的なことであり，インターネット上のサービスから，音源ファイルを直接入手することも普及した．本研究では，音楽を聴くという行為の基本である 「純粋に音だけを聴く」 という経験に加え，音楽が伴う様々な歴史や文脈をリスナーとリンクさせることを目指している．具体的にはユーザーの所持する音楽ファイルのメタデータを利用し，年代やジャンルに沿った音楽の分布を星座状に可視化させる Java ベースのアプリケーションを制作している．年代やジャンル，地域などの情報はその音楽に関する様々な文脈を内包していると考えられるので，本研究は音楽の音以外の側面の価値を伝えることによって，より豊かな音楽体験へと導くことを提案するものである． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Listening to music through a headphone or earphone is now usual and the progress in music industry enables to provide vast music files through the Internet. That brings us to be able to listen to music in any time, place, and situation though there is danger that music is consumed as only auditory experiences. This research represents integrating contextual information of music into a purely listening behavior to enrich music experiences. The application “Contextual Music Linker” loads several meta data from audio files in a user's device and it illustrates music files in 3-D space according to genre and year data of metadata. This research intends to imply the background and context behind music to achieve rich music experiences that consist of not only auditory stimuli but also understanding and interpreting music background. | |||||||
