• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，クラウドサービスの提供が増大し，利用者にとって最適なクラウドサービスの選択が課題となっている．クラウドサービスの選択基準として，SLA が用いられている．しかし，現在サービスレベルに対する要求定義方法は明確にされていないため，サービス選択が困難である．本稿では，コンシューマの要求定義に基づき，クラウドサービスの選択を支援する要求工学プロセスを提案する．SLA を活用する要求工学プロセスとして 「SLA 照合」 と 「サービス選択」 を導入する．SLA と機能要求，非機能要求の整合を取り，コンシューマにとって最適なクラウドサービスの選択を可能にする．実際のクラウドサービスの SLA を用いて提案プロセスを評価し，妥当性を示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, provision of cloud services is increasing. The select for users of cloud services is a challenge. As criteria of selecting cloud services, the SLA (Service Level Agreement) is used. However, requirements definition of SLA is not established. In this paper, we propose a requirements process to select the cloud service based on the requirements definition of a service consumer. Leveraging SLA, we introduce requirements engineering processes of “Matching SLA” and “Selecting Services”. Those allow the selection of the best cloud services for the service consumer by reconciling the SLA and the functional requirements and non-functional requirements. With real cloud services, we demonstrate the validity of the proposed process.
