| 内容記述 | 看護現場へフィードバックすることが有用な情報の抽出を主な目的として，看護の経過記録の分析用のテキストマインニングシステム Nursing Text Miner を開発した．本稿では，看護記録をマイニングする際の，一般分野のマイニングとは異なる要件と，そのための実装を報告する．看護記録の分析では，記述の内容だけでなく，どのように表現されているかを分析する必要がある．このため，汎用のマイニングツールでは通常，形態素解析結果を集計するが，本システムでは，形態素解析と正規表現によるパターンマッチングを併用した．実際の看護記録を分析した結果，時間軸での集計の必要性が高いこと等，看護記録の分析のうえで重要な集計方法を確認した．看護記録に特化したツールの開発により，ほかには事例のない，数年間に及ぶ看護記録の多様な分析が可能となった．分析結果の一部は，実際に現場にフィードバックを行い，記録の質の改善に有用であることが確認できた． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | To extract information useful for feedback in nursing practice, a text mining system to analyze the nursing records, the Nursing Text Miner, was developed. In this paper, requirements for nursing record mining, that are different from those for mining in the general field and implementation of such requirements are reported. In the mining of nursing records, it is necessary to analyze not only the contents of descriptions, but also how they are expressed. Therefore, morphological analysis and pattern matching using regular expressions are used together in this system, whereas morphological analysis results are usually used in general-purpose mining tools. As a result of analyzing actual records, importance of some methods such as time series analysis were confirmed. By developing this system it has become possible to conduct various analyses of nursing records covering a few years. Portions of the analysis results were actually fed back to nursing practice and were confirmed to be useful for the improvement of the quality of records. | |||||||
