| 内容記述 | 製品に関連する大量の文書作成・更新の効果的な手法として，DITA が注目されている．文書の標準規格に対応している DITA は，多言語展開やローカライズが求められる文書作成にも向く．文書コンテンツの部品化により，再利用性が高まる点にも期待が高い．本発表では，2010 年 3 月に開催された DITA コンソーシアムジャパン主催の DITA Festa 2010 で発表された，DITA ライティング・ガイド，事例などを通して，現在，企業や組織が直面している文書作成のあり方や動向を考察する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The effectiveness in documenting massive amount of product information and making information updates is becoming more and more crucial to business success. Today the Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) is drawing attention as a solution. DITA, the new standard for documentation, is being adopted by a growing number of organizations. Documents created using this standard are highly structured and thus are able to be easily reused. DITA also enables multilingual translation and localization of documents. In March 2010 the DITA Consortium Japan held DITA Festa 2010 in Tokyo and presented writing guidelines for DITA, localizaion and introduced DITA case examples in Japan. Having studied what was presented at the Festa, in this paper we discuss a recent trend, tasks and challenges in documentation that Japanese organizations are facing. | |||||||
