| 内容記述 | ホワイトカラーの業務の多くは、遂行しながら業務課題や手順を具体化する探索型遂行業務といえる。業務の事前計画を前提とした従来の管理手法では探索型遂行業務の進め方を可視化することが難しく、問題発見が遅れるなど課題が発生している。そこで、本稿では、探索型遂行業務の特徴を分析した結果から、(1)業務遂行中における動的な手順細分化、(2)作業者による自律的な手順細分化、等の特徴を持つ探索型遂行業務管理モデルを提案する。また、提案モデルに基づく業務管理システムを実現し、ホワイトカラーの実業務を対象とした実証実験を行なった結果より、提案モデルの有効性、探索型遂行業務可視化と業務効率向上の関連性を考察する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | White-collars determine the detail process while executing the work in many of their works. In this paper, we have termed this type of work process as "exploratory work process." It's difficult to visualize white-collars' work with exploratory process using the existing systems, and finding troubles gets delayed because work process must be predetermined in the systems. That’s why; we are proposing a new management model for the work with exploratory process that is characterized by: 1 Dynamic definition of work process, 2. Autonomous definition of work process by worker who is not in management level. We also describe the evaluation of the management model by results of the experimental use of white-collars in our company. | |||||||
