• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現在，デジタル技術の発達により様々な端末でコンテンツを再生することが可能となり，誰もが容易にコンテンツを作成できる時代となった．このように端末の種類とコンテンツの権利者が増加する状況において，コンテンツの権利処理をその都度おこなっているとコンテンツ流通が促進されない．そこで我々は，コンテンツの再生品質を許諾内容に含めた権利処理の手法と，その時代ごとの規準を元にした再生品質決定モデルを提案する．このモデルでは端末とコンテンツの組み合わせによる再生品質を，その時代ごとの規準を元に定量化することで，コンテンツの利用条件を決定する．これにより権利者と配信事業者とで結ばれた契約内容が長期間有効となり，権利者と配信業者の負担が減少すると共に，エンドユーザは品質ごとの価格でコンテンツを入手することができ，コンテンツ流通の促進が期待できる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Developments of digital technologies of today have enabled us to play contents through various devices and to create digital contents easily. In the situation in which the types of devices and content holders have increased, the copyright clearance have possibilities to prevent the distribution of digital contents, in case a copyright is cleared every time the use condition changes. In this paper, we propose a way of copyright clearance including use conditions based on contents playback quality and a decision model of playback quality based on qualitative criteria at the time. This model quantifies playback quality, which is resulted from combinations of devices and contents, through the criteria, and decides use conditions of contents. With this way of clearance, the contractual coverage that is closed between content holders and content distributors is valid for a long period, their burdens of copyright clearance are decreased, end-users can obtain contents at a quality-based price, and, as a result, we can expect the promotion of content distribution.
