• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: この報告ではまず、サービス業界のさまざまな業種の中で旅行代理業にスポットを当て、旅行代理業と旅行業WEBサイトを用いた電子商取引における旅行商品のリテールについて機能分析を行った。その結果をふまえた上でSWOT分析を行い、情報化社会に適合した知識ネットワーク型ビジネス構築について、そのモデルを示した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this report, we chose the travel agency from many types of industry of a service industry, and analyzed the function of travel agency business that provides service by old type's channel, and travel agency business that performs electronic commerce. Next, we performed SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) analysis, and about the knowledge network type business construction that suited the information society, we showed the model based on analysis result.
