| 内容記述 | 最近，次世代通信網の本命と呼ばれる「総合デジタル通信サービス網(Intergrated Service Digital Network : ISDN)」の開発・研究も実用化に向けて着実に進んでいる。このような技術革新の嵐に中で，その刻刻と急変する技術に対応する技術者，特に情報通信・データ通信技術者の養成は急務を要することであり，社会のニーズに合致し，社会的使命でもあるとさえ思われる。特に，60年に電気通信事業法を始め，電気通信の公的規制が一部自由化され.民間での通信事業やVAN業務開設が可能になる等の状況の中で，この通信技術者・データ技術者の養成需要は加速された。この，近未来のネットワークをステージに活躍するハードウェア・ソフトウェア関連の人材への期待は大きく，明日の時代を担うものとなろう。そこで本報告では，これら社会のニーズに対応すべく，オンライン情報処理技術者のための教育システムについて紹介・検討する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Especially in Japan the Open System Interconnection (OSI) has become of general interest very ofen lately. It is considered that the effect of this OSI appeared sensitively. In this paper we would like to give our opinion about the new training system for communication and computer engineers which has lately become a subject of special interest. The paper then proceeds to show how the new training system for technical training of on-line communication and computer engineers may be extended to investigate the possibility which this system plays an important rule by the request of society. It is shown that under these favorable condition, the new training system gives very good consequences for communication and computer engineers. | |||||||
