• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 今日、高等学校などにおける情報教育環境としてのプラットフォームは多様化している。この様な中、大学入学者の情報技術に関する継続した学習を期待する場合、画一的な情報技術学習環境はその妨げになる場合もある。そこで、複数プラットフォームに対応した情報学習システムを整備した。著者らは、この環境下で教育を行なうために、プラットフォームに依存しない学習支援ソフトウェアの開発を行なっている。WWWブラウザやJava言語、JavaScriptを利用する。また、計算機から学習者に対して動的（アクティブ）に支援するためのエージェントに着いても開発を行なっている。エージェントプロセスはこれ自身が履歴データベースを構築し、学習者によるトリガ（誤動作、時間経過など）により支援作業を行なう。本論文では、マルチプラットフォームに対応した、タッチタイプ練習システムへのエージェントプロセスの組み込みについて、その概要および問題点について報告する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, the computer education using a range of platform. If university entrants are expected to continue to study information technology, the present uniform learning environment for information technology may not match the learning histories, and the academic level of individual students. Therefore, an information technology learning environment was established that supports several platform. We are developing the information learning support system not depending on a platform. This system uses WWW browser, Java and JavaScript. Furthermore, we are also researching an Active Help Agent. This active help agent process builds history data-base, and supports learning by trigger from students. This paper reports the touch-tytpe practice system of multi-platform correspondence, and the active help agents.
