• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 事例ベース推論を使用した、実用エキスパートシステムを開発するための方法について論じる。エキスパートシステムの対象となる問題は、一般に悪構造(l?structur)である。事例ベース推論を適用しようとする問題は、ルールベース推論ではうまく解けない問題であり、ルールベース推論で解ける問題に比べてさらに悪構造であるといえる。悪構造問題に対して事例ベース推論を適用するために、事例ベース推論のオブジェクト指向モデルを採用し、プロトタイピングによる段階的詳細化を行いながらエキスパートシステムを開発する方法を提案する。また、故障診断エキスパートシステムへのこの手法の適用について述べ、本手法を検証する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper proposes an approach to build practical expert systems using case-based reasonong. In the practical area of expert systems, case-based reasoning can be superior to rule-based reasoning to solve more ill-structured problems. However, it is difficult to define indices of cases or similarity among problems and cases, and also difficult to make rules of case adaptation or repair. An object oriented model of case-based reasoning is proposed to facilitate prototyping or trial-and-error approaches to build practical case-based expert systems. This model is applied and evaluated in building an fault diagnosis expert systems.
