• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 言外の意味を含む修辞の計算機処理は、自然言語処理における重要な課題の一つである。筆者は、修辞の一つである「トートロジー」の工学的理解手法の確立を目指している。その第1歩として本稿ではまず、先行研究に基づき、限定されたトートロジーについて、「トートロジーの理解パターン」のタイプ分けを実現する機構と、顕現性を用いた理解機構を検討する。そしてこれらの機構を実現するために格納しておくべき概念知識の形式などについて述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We propose a method for machine understanding of rhetorical tautology. In this report two mechanisms are shown: One to categorize an inputted tautology into three "understanding types", and another to calculate the measure of "salience" in the concepts which compose the inputted tautology. This report also describes a form which represents the concepts in these mechanisms.
