• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 今日、企業の経営活動は情報システムなくしては遂行できず、情報システムの不慮の停止やサービス品質の低下は、企業の信用を失い顧客離れにも繋がる大きな悪影響をもたらす。本稿では監視対象システムの標準情報モデル(CIM)を用いたモデル化に関して説明し、モデル化されたシステム構成情報を用いた障害の影響範囲分析における課題を整理し、対策を検討した結果について報告する。

In this paper, the subjects and the solutions is described to realize business impact analysis using CIM(Common Information Model).
