• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: モーバイル通信環境において多数のユーザをサポートするためには，モーバイル通信においてユーザ間/ユーザ?システム間で起こるインタラクションを解析し，それに基づいたシステムデザインを行なう必要がある．本論文では，モーバイル通信におけるインタラクション解析のための評価実験として初めて行なわれたIC?MAs'96 Mobile Assistant Projectの概要と，そのデータ解析の手段として使用した3つの解析手法"User?oriented Analysis"，"Task?Oriented Analysis"，"Interaction?Oriented Analysis"を提案する．また，ICMAS'96 Mobile Assistant Projectのデータ解析を通して得られた，データ的裏付けに基づいたモーバイル通信のユーザの挙動について議論を行なう．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: To support many users with a mobile communication environment, system design based on analysis of user-user and user-system interaction on mobile communication is required. Application development specialized for a mobile communication and analysis of user behavior and interaction has not done at all. In this paper, we summarize the ICMAS'96 Mobile Assistant Project conducted as an evaluation experiment for analysis of interactions in mobile communication, and propose three analysis methods "User-oriented Analysis", "Task-oriented Analysis", and "Interaction-oriented Analysis" which we used to analyze the statistical data. And we discuss mobile communication user behavior, supported by the data analysis of our project.
