| 内容記述 | 日本の企業組織における電子的社会「場」の展望はどんなものになるであろうか？ この小論で、一日本企業内での（有志からなる）小さなバーチャル・グループを対象として1年以上に渡って試みられた電子フォーラム（非同期的電子会議）から得られた知見を紹介する。電子会議試行メンバーからのフィードバックをもとに、何が問題か？を論じ、また本当のボトルネックを探求するために、これまで得られた知見を整理して、社外の有識者と意見交換できる素材を提供した。得られた知見を以下のトピックスに分けて述べる：電子会議での共鳴効果；知識やノウハウの伝承；ディベイティング；人数の適正サイズ；電子会議はある意味で「氷山の一角」；メンバーの二極分化；電子会議イメージの多様性；組織風土の影響；組織革新への影響；コミュニケータの役割。（本稿は昨年の国際会議で英文で発表したもの[Kurihara92]を邦文にし、加筆修正したものであることをお断りしたい） | |||||||

| 内容記述 | What are the prospects of an electronic forum in a Japanese organization? In this paper, I present several findings from the year long experiment with an electronic forum or asynchronous conference for a small voluntary virtual group in a Japanese corporation. Based on the feedback from forum members, problems were analyzed and arranged to further exchange ideas with experts outside of the company. I would like to discuss some of findings under the following key items or topics: resonance effects of the forum, knowhow transfer in the forum, logical debating in the forum, forum is a kind of 'the tip of the iceberg', polarization of group, variety of forum images, the effect of organizational climate on the forum, the effect of the forum on the organizational restructuring, the role of a communicator in the forum. | |||||||
