• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: パソコンが一般家庭や地域コミュニティへ浸透し、インターネットの普及とあいまって、情報収集やコミニュケーションの方法に大きな変化をもたらしている。90年代初期のパソコン通信ネットワークは流行した時以上に平常時のコミュニティの活性化を促進している。また、災害発生時にその有効性が立証されたのは、兵庫県南部地震やロシアタンカーオイル流出事故における電子メールやネットニュースの有効活用により周知の事である。一方、ワークフローが事務効率化の視点で、自治体や企業に導入されている。本稿では、インターネットメールによる地域コミュニティのより一層の活性化と連携を支援する情報をナビゲートし、その結果をワークフローとして反映できる仕組みを提案する。

On the other hand, with a visual point of business making an efficiency, a work flow is induced for a self-governing body and an enterprise. This draft proposes the mechanism to be able to navigate of information that a regional community by means of a net-inter mail supports an activation and a cooperation more further, reflect and its result for a work flow.
