| 内容記述 | グループウェアという言葉が生まれてから20年近くが経過しようとしている。さまざまなネットワーク機能、マルチメディア機能、ユーザインタフェース機能が生まれ、それらが総合的に複数のユーザ、グループを支援するコンピュータシステムを構築していく、ということである。この言葉が生まれてすぐ、CSCW(Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) という言葉が続き、ネットワークサービスによる社会環境の支援では、単なる作業環境ではなく、人間社会の様相そのものに着目することがシステムを構築すること以上に重要であるということが認識された。今回、グループウェアとネットワークサービス研究会は情報処理学会で「社会システムと向き合うネットワークサービス」特集号を企画している。本小論は、特集号の査読に向けて、あらかじめ「社会システムと向き合う」サービスの実践的アプローチについて述べるものである。特に論文集の投稿に際して、「書き方」によって査読プロセスを順調に進める方法について議論する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The word groupware was conied in the mid 1980's, with 20 years of development. This terminology indicates construting computer and communication systems to facilitate multi-user tasks and group work in an integrated manner with a wide range of neteworking, multimedia processing and user interface features. Just after groupware, another word Computer-Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW) was coined in the mid 1980's. This emphasized importance of social system factors in collaboration support as well as task environments facilitated by systems. The groupware and network services SIG plans a special issue for groupware entitled by networked services, encountering, confronting and reflecting social systems. This paper presents a practical approach to encounter, confront and reflect social systems. It put emphasis to a practical method to submit a paper to the special issue with editor's intention to create a new special issue. | |||||||
