• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 自治体における曖昧さを伴う政策決定を、階層分析法(）により客観的に記述しようとする研究は”市民にとってわかりやすい行政運営”を目的とするものであり、政策研究として有益である。この研究レポートは、自治体が取り組むCI戦略の構想についての概念図が、階層構造であることに着目してAHPを適用し、その分析結果を考察するとともに、自治体への政策提案を行う。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The merit and the objective of using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (ARP) is the fact that city office is able to explain objectively the vague policy decision of local government management. Making the image up of city office, this report will try to addapt the hierarchy structure to the AHP and doing a consideration of this analysis will give us a proposal of local government policy.
