• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 「プロジェクト」は本学部の看板科目であり、3年次の全学生約250人と学部の全教員20数名が全員参加する専門必修科目である。本科目を開始して今年度で4年目となり、教育、就職、学生募集など様々な面で効果が現れている。それと同時に、運営上の問題点も数多く発生している。本論文では、まず、「プロジェクト」の狙いと運営方法を説明する。次に、これまでの4年間の実績で明らかになった効果と問題点を分析し、問題点を解決するために、ダブルゴール、コンテスト利用、インターマネジメントという3つの方式により構成するプロジェクトマネジメント技法を提案する。最後に、提案技法を2つのケースに適用して、その有効性を確認する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: “The project” is a standout curriculum in our department. The project is a specialized required subject, which all the third grade students and the faculty members participate. It is four years since this curriculum has started, and we can find out a lot of effects and problems in our experience.In this paper, we firstly explain the goal and management rule of the project. Next, we analyze effects and problems revealed in the four years’ experience, and propose the new project management method, which is compose of “double goal,” “contest utilization,” and “inter-management.” Lastly, we apply the proposed method to two case studies, and estimate its effect.
