| 内容記述 | 情報システム開発分野では，従来，現場ヒアリング中心の開発手法を行ってきたが，このようなアプローチでは対象業務が抱えている問題を根本的に解決するシステムの開発は困難と言われている．そこで，本稿では，ゴールドラットの論理思考プロセス(TOC)及び，特定非営利法人技術データ管理支援協会(MASP)が提唱する概念データモデリング(CDM)を組み合わせた業務分析手法を提案する．具体的には，TOC で業務における問題の根本原因を解析し，CDM の事業領域定義へとつないで，あるべきシステム機能を明確化する．提案手法をある自治体の道路管理業務へ適用した結果も示す． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to develop the appropriate information systems, each software engineer has to fix the requirements of the application domain business. The requirement analysis process is often conducted through the interview to the application domain users. However, it is not easy to clarity the essential problem to be solved in the interview process. This is partly because most domain uses do not understand the whole requirement of the target business. In this article, we propose the operation analysis method by using Goldratt's logical thinking process (TOC) and Conceptual Data Modeling (CDM), proposed by Manufacturing Architecture for Series Products (MASP) to establish the software system model. As an example, we apply this method to road management activity in a local government. | |||||||
