• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では、北海道大学で開発中のIntelligentPadを用いたCAIシステムについて示す。IntelligentPadにおける各パッドは、機能を持ったオブジェクトであるが、それ自身、紙と同様に貼り合わせができる。利用者は、パッドを貼り合わせることにより、レイアウトデザインが自在にでき、そして、より複雑な機能を持ったオブジェクトを自在に構築することができる。このIntelligentPadを用いた本CAIシステムは、操作性に優れ自由度の高いマイクロワールドを学習者および教授者に提供するとともに、学習者が自身の思考を確かめるために用いる道具をコンストラクションセットとして、内部に持っている。コンストラクションセットとして与えられる部品や道具は、全てパッドでできている。学習者は、与えられた部品や道具に対して、分解、複写、貼り合わせ等の操作をすることにより、新しい機能を持った部品や道具を創造することができる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Presented in this paper is a CAT system on the IntelligentPad. The IntelligentPad was developed at Hokkaido university. A pad is an object with a function and users can paste it on another pad like a sheat of paper. Users can arbitrarily design the layout of pads and construct a composite pad with complex functions from them. The CAN system on IntelligentPad provides a microworld with its construction set. In this microworld, a student can construct various tools to try whatever idea he thinks. He can paste together primitive tools, decompose existing tools, and copy some of them to create new tools with new functions.
