• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コンピュータネットワークにおいて，移動体の通信をサポートすると同時に，限られたネットワーク資源を効率よく使用するためには，パケット送信頻度，移動体の移動頻度あるいはネットワークトポロジーといったネットワーク構成要素に応じて，パケットをフォワードする方式および移動体の移動を通知する方式を切替える，適応型の移動体通信プロトコルが有効であると考えられる．本稿では，そのようなプロトコルにおいて，ネットワーク全体のトラヒックを低減するために，フォワード方式と移動通知方式を適応的に切替えるための選択指針について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The adaptive protocol for mobile communication can improve the efficiency of network resource utilization. The protocol has two major function to support mobile communication; migration notification function and packet forwarding function. Each function has several sub-protocols and the adaptive protocols can select one sub-protocol for each function according to diverse network configuration (e. g., network topology, migration frequency). In this paper, we discuss the criteria for selecting sub-protocol in terms of the reduction of the reduction of total traffic.
