内容記述 | This paper investigates power-law distribution exhibited by cellular automata based on signal conservation logic (SCL) and proves its theoretical exactness. SCL is a model of logic for the physical world subject to the matter conservation law. Power-law distribution is caused by a kind of discrete relaxation via some logical transformations of white noise. The proposed model gives us various insights into this law including: (1) power-law distribution is generated by positive logic which means its irrelevance to computational universality in the sense of elemental universality (2) context-free grammar can generate power-law distribution (3) a hypothetical model for 1/f spectrum (4) relation between discrete power laws caused by perfectly inelastic collisions and the entropy problem. | |||||||
