• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 人工衛星のテレメトリには限界があり、データを送信できる量は制限される。そこで、人工衛星上で処理し、送信データ量を少なくするオンボード処理が重要となる。本研究ではプラズマ密度検出のオンボード処理を目指した自動解析を試みた。人工衛星GEOTAILのSFA(Sweep Frequency Analyzer)によって観測されるContinuum Radiationの低周波数側遮断周波数を自動検出する。その結果、あらかじめ地球磁気圏の密度の時間・空間変化の情報を考慮することにより、高い確率で遮断周波数の検出が可能であることが分かった。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The quantity and quality of the data transferred from spacecraft are increasing as technologies develop. However. the amount of transferred data is limited. Herein, we propose automatic analysis algorism that will lead to onboard analysis: we detect the lower cutoff of Continuum Radiation from SFA (Sweep Frequency Analyzer) onboard GEOTAIL. The cutoff frequency usually provides the local plasma density in the vicinity of satellite. Consequently, we successfully detect the cutoff frequency with high accuracy if temporal and spatial changes in plasma densities are taken account into the algorism.
