近年，チケットの不正転売が深刻な問題となっている．会場外での不正転売に対しては，顔認証システムの導入やチケットの当日発券などの対策が一定の効果を示しているが，会場内での不正転売については，現状，有効な対策が存在しない．コンサート会場内に入ってから行われるチケットの不正転売を「中売り」と言い，中売りが行われることで，本当にチケットを購入したいファンが購入できないことや，ファンがグッズ購入に使うべき資金が失われるという問題が生じている．本稿では中売りに着目し，QRコードが印刷された紙チケットを用いて，入場者のスマートフォンと座席情報を紐付けることで，不正な転売を防止しつつ，観客のエンターテインメント体験を損なわない新しいシステムを提案する． |

In recent years, unauthorized ticket resale has become a serious problem. Countermeasures against authorized ticket resale outside the venue, such as the adoption of a face recognition system and same-day ticketing, have shown a certain level of effectiveness, but there are currently no effective countermeasures against ticket resale in the venue. This is called “inside resales,” and it causes problems that fans who really want to buy tickets cannot do so, or that fans lose money that they could have used to buy goods. In this paper, we propose a new system that uses paper tickets with QR codes printed on them to link seat information with the admission person's smartphone, preventing unauthorized resale while not compromising the audience's entertainment experience. |
