| 内容記述 | 2023 年 10 月 30 日，バイデン政権は安全，安心，信頼できる人工知能に関する大統領令（以下，本大統領令）を公表した．バイデン政権下においてはこれまでに，複数の人工知能に関連した文書の公表が行われている．2022 年 10 月 4 日のホワイトハウス科学技術政策室の「AI 権利章典のためのブループリント」にはじまり 2023 年には複数の AI に関する政策文書が公開された．本稿で取り上げる本大統領令もそのような政策の一環と位置づけることが出来る．本稿では，本大統領令を概観し，米国における人工知能政策に関する昨今の動向について分析を行う． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | On October 30, 2023, the Biden Administration released the Presidential Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (the "Executive Order"). The Biden Administration has released several documents related to artificial intelligence, beginning with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy's "Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights" on October 4, 2022, and continuing with the release of several AI policy documents in 2023. The Presidential Directive discussed in this paper can be positioned as part of such policy documents. This paper reviews the Presidential Directive and analyzes recent trends in artificial intelligence policy in the United States. | |||||||||
