我々は、理解性に優れ、仕様の初期開発に向き、システム全体の記述の見通しがよい通信システム向きの仕様記述法として、シーケンス図に基づいた『HSC(erarchical Sequence Cha)』を提案した。本稿では、HSCの有効性を示すため、HSCを用いて、交換システムとOSIアーキテクチャのサービスを例として記述する。これらの記述を通し、HSCの評価として、その記述能力について議論する。また、HSCと関係の深い仕様記述法であるシーケンス図、MSCおよびLSDLとの比較を行う。 |

In the past, we had developed a specification method DISC(Hierarchical Sequence Chart) based on the conventional Sequence Chart. With the conventional Sequence Chart we add (1) the function of modularity and hierarchy, (2) the representation of condition and iteration, (3) the meaning of message and its relationship , and (4) the mechanism of reusability to get the HSC. In this paper, we use examples to show that HSC can be applied to the switching system and OSI architectures. We then evaluate the description capability of HSC, and compare it with the Sequence Chart, MSC, and LSDL. |
