• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 清代における台湾には，官民間の窓口的な役割を司っていた「総理」という役職があり，清律に規定のあった保甲は機能していなかった．しかし，台湾総督府は保甲を台湾の伝統的な制度とみなし，10 戸で 1 甲，10 甲で 1 保とし，それぞれ甲長・保正と呼ばれるリーダーを警察と連携することで，相互監視と治安維持を図る保甲制度を展開した．清代台湾地方社会の秩序維持の方法は，保甲制度に回収されたのか．総理の分布と，統治初期の保正の位置関係を GIS で視覚化することで，今後の研究に資する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In Taiwan in the Qing dynasty, there was a position called "Zongli" who was in charge of the role of a window between the public and private sectors, and the Baojia system stipulated in the Qing dynasty was not functioning. However, the Governor-General of Taiwan regards Baojia as a traditional Taiwanese system, and 10 households have 1 Jia and 10 Jia have 1 Bao. We have developed a Baojia system to maintain it. Was the method of maintaining order in the Qing dynasty Taiwanese community recovered by the Baojia system? By visualizing the distribution of the "Zongli" and the positional relationship of "Hosei" in the early stages of reign with GIS, it will contribute to future research.
