However, the Governor-General of Taiwan regards Baojia as a traditional Taiwanese system, and 10 households have 1 Jia and 10 Jia have 1 Bao. We have developed a Baojia system to maintain it. Was the method of maintaining order in the Qing dynasty Taiwanese community recovered by the Baojia system?
