| 内容記述 | 契約書などの文書の中の，契約書条文のテキストやその書式と，検索対象となる可変データ項目を分離し，前者をXSLで，後者をXMLで表現し，後者のみを入力・保存し，後者を前者によって所定の書式に変換し，印刷する方式を考案した．このプロトタイプの開発に，Java言語用のサーバーアプリケーション開発環境及びSQLを検索言語とするRDBMSを使用した．これにより，文書作成を容易化し，文書管理に必要なデータベースの膨大なスペースを削減し，かつ迅速な検索及び統計的処理などが可能となることを検証した． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We have discovered that (1)the fixed contents and their format and (2) the variable data items in a document can be separated with the former represented in XSL and the latter in XML, and that the complete document can be created and printed by applying (1) the XSL style sheet to (2) the XML data. A prototype to verify this has been developed in Java using a web server application development environment and a relational DBMS with SQL. It has been verified that this approach substantially facilitates the creation of such documents as lease contracts, that it reduces the space required to store documents in databases, and that it enables efficient retrieval of variable data items in documents and subsequent processing for statistics, trend analysis, etc. | |||||||
