• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 著者が所属する桜美林大学町田キャンパスでは，約 1,250 名の新入生を対象とした必修の基礎科目としてコン ピュータリテラシーIを開講している.この科目には，教員に加えて Teaching Supporter と呼ばれる職員(以下，TS と記載)を配置し，授業中および授業時間外の履修者の学びを支援している.COVID-19 の影響による授業のオンラ イン化により，これまで PC 教室において対面で行われてきた TS による支援もオンライン化された.そこで，2020 年 4 月から 8 月初旬までの TS の活動について，TS へのアンケートを実施し，オンライン化による支援への影響を調 査した.TS による回答に対する考察を実施した結果，授業および履修者の学びに対する TS の個別支援の効果，前述 科目のオンライン授業における課題などが明らかになった.

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: J. F. Oberlin University has been providing classes named “Computer literacy I” to teach basic knowledge and skills of information science. Every year, each new student in Machida campus of the university registers one of the classes as a compulsory subject. To support individual learning and training of the students, the university employs special staff. Each of the staff is called “Teaching Supporter” or TS. Because of COVID-19, the class and TSs’ supports had been provided online in the first semester of 2020. In this manuscript, I presented some results of considerations on roles of the TSs in the online classes. Some answers of the TSs on the author’s questionnaire were shown for discussions on the manuscript. The consideration displayed some effective solutions provided by the TSs, and some future tasks to improve the online classes.
