• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 社会においてデジタル・プラットフォームが果たす役割が益々重要になってくる中で，我が国においてはプラットフォーマー型ビジネスの台頭に対応したルール整備が進められている．この中では，利用者の安全管理や消費者保護等のための制度や執行の検討がなされている．本稿においては，プラットフォーマー型ビジネスにおいてどのような弊害が生じているか，その実例を挙げつつ，現状の問題点を整理する．その上で，来たるべきプラットフォーマー型ビジネスに対応したルール整備に向けた若干の提言を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As the role of digital platforms in society becomes increasingly important, our country is developing rules in response to the rise of platform-based businesses. These include consideration of systems and enforcement for user safety management and consumer protection. In this paper, we present some examples of the adverse effects of the platform type business. We then make a few recommendations for developing rules for the upcoming platform-oriented business.
