• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 背景：視覚障害者の日常生活行動範囲を安全に快適にしていくためにアシスティブテクノロジーによる行動支援技術が開発・普及することは望ましい．一方で，当事者によるこれらの支援技術情報への態度と取得能力を高めることが課題の一つとなる．目的：視覚障害者における行動支援技術情報へのアクセシビリティの実態把握に基づく当事者中心研究・開発を推進するための課題を明らかにすることであった．対象と方法：日本盲人会連合会に所属する会員約 20 万人を対象とした．方法：期間は 2019 年 5 月から 6 月において，同会広報と協働して行動支援技術へのアクセスに関するアンケート調査を作成し，全会員に配信，配布した．このうち e メールを日常的に使用している会員および，何らの方法で e メールアドレスに返信できる人数を測定し，回答者の属性，アクセスの手段，10 点法による支援技術への期待感についてクロス集計を行い，支援技術への態度と期待感の関連性について記述統計的分析を行った．結果：118 通の回答を得た．空間定位支援技術への期待感は平均 5.9 ポイントであった．e メール使用群と非 e メール使用群において母比率を比較した成績は前者で低い傾向がみられた．結論：行動支援技術情報へのアクセシビリティ調査では e メールを使用した回答は 20 万人中 118 人であった．行動支援技術への期待感は 10 点満点で 5.9 ポイントとなった．新技術を当事者と協働して開発・普及するための方策をデータベースドで作るうえでこのような調査方法による 2019 年時点の現状の成績を示した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Background: It is desirable to develop and disseminate behavior support technology based on assistive technology in order to make the daily activities of visually impaired people safe and comfortable. On the other hand, one of the issues is to improve the attitude and acquisition ability of these assistive technology information by the parties. Objective: To clarify the issues to promote party-centered research and development based on the actual situation of accessibility to information on behavioral support for visually impaired people. Subjects and methods: About 200,000 members who belonged to the Japan Blind Association. Method: During the period from May to June 2019, in collaboration with the association's public relations, a questionnaire survey on access to behavioral support technology was created and distributed to all members. Of these, members who use e-mail on a daily basis and the number of people who can reply to e-mail addresses in any way are measured, and respondents' attributes, means of access, and expectations for assistive technology using the 10-point method Cross-tabulation was performed, and descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the relationship between attitudes toward assistive technologies and expectations. Result: 118 responses were obtained. Expectations for assistive technology averaged 5.98 points. Compared with the e-mail use group and the non-e-mail use group, the results of comparing the population ratio were significantly less in the former (p<.05). Conclusion: In the accessibility survey on behavioral support technology information, 118 out of 200,000 respondents used e-mail. Expectation for action support technology was 5.98 out of 10 points. We showed how to implement that the investigation was established in creating a database for creating and disseminating new technologies in collaboration with the parties.
