• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 施設レイアウト問題 (FLP) とは与えられた施設内に目的関数を最小化するように設備，機械などの配置を決定する問題である．FLP の計算複雑さは NP 困難であるため，各種の近似解法が適用されている．本研究は FLP の新たな解法として LF（Levy Flight） に基づく進化戦略 （ES） を提案する．LF を導入することにより ES の探索性能の向上が期待できる．本論文では，代表的なベンチマーク問題を用いて，他の手法 （GA，ACO，力学モデル） との比較実験により，提案手法の有効性を示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper introduces a new way to solve the facility layout problem. The goal of the problem is to optimal facilities layout in manufacturing systems in a production facility, so that material-handling costs are minimized. In recent years, MIP(Mixed-Integer Programming) model with Meta-Heuristics is often used in this research. We solve this problem using ES with Levy Flight in order to obtain better solutions. Performance is compared with other methods. Experiments using benchmark problems with 7 to 35 departments show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
