• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 中央教育審議会での高大接続改革の検討が進み，わが国の初等中等教育にも大きな変革が予想される．その変革の1つは，学習指導要領がこれまでの内容中心から教育・学習の方法にまで踏み込むというものであり，授業設計等，学習科学の成果が生かされるようになるという期待も持てる．一方，高校の教科『情報』は，設置直後の事情に由来する問題が残っているが，これについても今回の改革に好ましい変化がもたらされる可能性がある．そのような中で今後重要となるのは，きちんと情報技術の特性を理解した専門性を持つ教員であり，そのような教員を育てるための枠組みの確立であるというのが著者の考えである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Currently, drastic educational reform is being planned by the central education council in our nation. With the reform, contents of the course guidelines might include “how to educate/learn” in addition to traditional “what to educate/learn”. This change will shed lights to many outcomes of learning sciences, such as instruction design or curriculum management. On the other hand, Japanese “information study” subject suffers many problems coming from the unlucky situation at their stating era. However, those situations might be improved from the reform described above. To realize the desirable outcome, most important piece should be the teachers which have academic backgrounds in information sciences and information technologies.
