• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ディファクトでの国際標準化を狙う Industrial Internet 関連特許の特許出願動向から見える知財戦略を調査した．Industrial Internet とは，先進的な産業機器，予測分析ソフトウェアと意思決定をする人々を結び付けるネットワークである．医療技術の向上，鉄道や航空機における輸送プロセスの変革，発送電における効率的なシステムなどを通じて多くの産業における生産性の更なる向上が世の中で求められている．特に，米ゼネラル・エレクトリック （以下 「GE」 という） がインダストリアル・インターネット向けとして GE が提供しているソフトウェア・プラットフォーム 「Predix」 を社外に開放し，外部企業も利用できるようにした open 戦略を打ち出している．Industrial Internet はクライアントのコストダウン，生産性向上のための予測，サービスメンテナンスの一元化を目指したモデルである．GE 社等の出願特許を解析し，調査結果を報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We discussed an intellectual property strategy from the patent application trend related to the Industrial Internet. The Industrial Internet is a network that links people to advanced industrial equipment and the decision making predictive analytics software. This concept brings about the improvement of medical technology, transformation of the transport process in the railway and aircraft, thereby realizing the improvement of productivity in many industries such as through efficient system in shipping power. In particular, GE has opened to the outside its own analysis software Predix, and has come up with open strategy that external companies can also be used . Industrial Internet contributes client costs down and improves forecast for productivity. It is a model with the aim of unification of service maintenance. We discuss analysis of the patent applications of GE companies.
