• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，スマートフォンの高性能化と急速な普及により，一般利用者による SNS への画像とコメントの投稿が日常化している．一方，地域政策への市民参画が求められる中，様々な分野で市民参加型調査が行われているが，いかに多くの市民の参加と協力を得るかが課題となっている．特に，広域的，継続的な調査が必要とされる生き物調査においては，市民への啓発と不特定利用者の持続的な参加が欠かせないが，ICT の導入は必ずしも成功しているとはいえない．そこで本研究は，2014 年に岩手県滝沢市を対象に用いられた帰化植物調査支援システムを対象に，その運用結果について分析，評価を行い，課題を明らかにした上で，スマートフォンを用いた市民参加型調査支援システムに求められるシステムデザインについて検討することを目的とする．なお，分析データは，システムログおよび関係者へのアンケートデータとヒアリングデータを用いる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, the high-performance smartphone spread rapidly. And the smartphone Users has always posted image and comment data to SNS. On the other hand, public participation is needed for the regional policy. The research of public participation is also conducted in each field. But, the problem is that many people do not participate. A survey of organisms in particular requires long time for finding the activity effect. The enlightenment to public and the attempt for continuous participation are indispensable. However, the adoption of a few ICT were successful. In this paper, we discuss the systems design required of a public participatory field research support system with a smartphone. A target is the system used in Takizawa city, Iwate in 2014. We perform analysis and evaluation for the system, and clarify problems. Concretely, for the purpose of clarifying the problem, we analyze and evaluate the system based on system logs, data of the questionnaire and hearing survey to the parties concerned.
