And the smartphone Users has always posted image and comment data to SNS. On the other hand, public participation is needed for the regional policy. The research of public participation is also conducted in each field. But, the problem is that many people do not participate. A survey of organisms in particular requires long time for finding the activity effect. The enlightenment to public and the attempt for continuous participation are indispensable. However, the adoption of a few ICT were successful. In this paper, we discuss the systems design required of a public participatory field research support system with a smartphone. A target is the system used in Takizawa city, Iwate in 2014. We perform analysis and evaluation for the system, and clarify problems.
