• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: これからの教員に求められる資質能力に 「学び続ける教師像」 という考え方が文部科学省から提示されている．学び続ける教師像を実現するための方法として，学校現場では授業研究という研究手法が実施されている．授業研究は学校単位で実施され，教員は相互に学び合いを行っている．一般的な授業研究は，指導案の検討，実際の授業の実施，授業検討会で構成されている．これらは PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) サイクルに基づき，継続的に改善する形で実施されている．授業研究のそれぞれの過程を支援するシステムはいくつか開発されているが，PDCA サイクルを統一的な考え方で支援するシステムはない．そこで，PDCA サイクルを支援するためのシステムモデルを提案するとともに，授業実施・評価支援を行うシステムを開発した．本稿では，提案モデルに基づき開発したシステムを紹介し，実際の小学校で利用した結果を示し，本システムの有効性を議論する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology shows a model “teachers keep learning" as the qualifications and abilities required for future teachers.To realize this model, lesson study is introduced as a method. Most of Japanese schools conduct the lesson study to develop professional skills for teacher's community. In general, lesson study consists of planning, teaching, observing, and evaluating the lessons. It is based on PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, and teachers can sequentially improve the professional skills through the cycle. There are some systems to support the every process of this PDCA cycle. However, there is no system to support the PDCA cycle as a whole. In order to solve this issue, we proposed a system model, and implement a system based on the model for a teaching and assessment support system. In this paper, we explain the system, and show the result that is used at an elementary school, and discuss the effectiveness of our system.
