近年，ネットワーク上の機器から発生する大量のデータをネットワーク上のクラウドに収集し保存することが可能となった．これらのデータから得られる知識や，個々人の体験や組織の決まり事などの知識を日々の業務の改善に利用することも考えられる．しかし，これらの知識を使っても問題解決には不十分または対応できない場合，解決手段を新たに発見または考案していく必要がある．その時にこれらの知識を新しいアイデア作成時に再利用していくことも考えられる．そこで知識の蓄積および問題提起の場の提供のため発想支援用データベース Wadaman-Web を開発し，発想支援システムと連携してアイデアを出す試みを行った．その結果，Wadaman-Web のデータベースに蓄積されている過去の知識がアイデア創出に役立つ情報であり，研究のヒントにもなっているが，アイデアを出すところまでは行き着いておらず，Wadaman-Web と発想支援システムを連携する前にアイデア創出のための工夫が必要であることが分かった．本稿では，アイデアを創出するモデルから Wadaman-Web と発想支援システムを連携する際の問題点および課題を明らかにして，その解決方法を考察する． |

In recent years, it has been possible to collect a huge amount of data which the internet of things generates and store the data at the cloud computing on the internet. It is conceivable that we use the knowledge, which get from the date, or are such as rules of organization or individual experiences, for the improvement of daily duties. However, the problems are not solved or insufficiently solved even if these knowledge are used, it is necessary to discover or devise solutions newly. At that time, it is thought that these knowledge are reused for new idea generation. Therefore we developed Wadaman-Web which is a database system for idea generation support, in order to store the knowledge or raise the problems, we conducted experiments of idea generation in cooperation with idea generation support system. The results show that the past knowledge stored in the database of Wadaman-Web are useful information for idea generation and become the hint of study. However, only the past knowledge is still insufficiency for idea generation. It is necessary to devise solutions for idea generation before Wadaman-Web cooperate with an idea generation support system. In this paper, we clarify problems and issues with the idea generation model when moving from Wadaman-Web to idea generation support system, and consider the solution. |
